Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Aperiniets
  • 100 ml sparkling wine (choose non-alcoholic for a 0.0% version or regular for a low-alcohol spritz)
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Aperiniets.
  3. Top with your choice of sparkling wine.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Add a splash of soda water.
